reVue and 4000 series

I noticed that you can use reVue with a 4000 series however, you need to have rtv tools installed. from what I can tell, the only rtv tools around are for the 5000 series. can these tools be used for the 4000 series or is there another set of tools I'm overlooking somewhere?
