| Both my 2000 and 3000 models won't establish a connection upon trying to download program guide. The recorders have also gone back to 1999 for the year, with wrong time. |

I moved your topic into the 2000/3000 forum because I couldn't see what it had to do with WiRNS. If you look at the several topics in this forum listed under yours, you will see that this is a common problem. You can read more about it in those other topics and on AVSForum, such as here...

The first thing you will need to do is install the "clock set" patch so you can set the clock back to the current time. This involves pulling the drive from your unit and hooking it up to a PC.
