I've gone through all the startup steps, but my replay TV doesn't seem to communicate with my computer(?) or source(?). I'm not sure which is the problem. When I check "configuration", there is red in one line of the fields, "Configured Replays":
Name: Office; Type :4000 IP address: 192.168.1.65, and "Last connect" was red, dated over a week ago.
The "status" shows Guide update completed yesterday, but when I ask for guide to be displayed on my computer, I get the linear clock but no content.
At my Replay TV, the IP is 192.168.1.665, NetMask 255.255.255.0, and the DNS's are 192.168.1.64
My subscription to channel service is good into september.
Can anybody help?

On the configuration screen, there is listed a "name", "HPDesktop", the name of my computer, with its IP Address 192.168.1.64, the same as the DNS's at the Replay TV, which is a model 4500 (I think).
The replay TV worked fine with the router, with the same network settings, before channel service was discontinued by ReplayTV.
Feel free to e-mail help to rhbohl@gmail.com. Thanks. |

I moved your topic into the WiRNS forum so that WiRNS readers can help out...
I think you should start with posting your WiRNS log and debug.log. I would suspect that WiRNS may be having problems communicating with your 4500. In addition, your 4500 may be having problems net connecting with WiRNS. You might want to try a manual net connect on the 4500 (2-4-3-Zones) and watch the sequence of events on the 4500 itself and also the WiRNS log...
