|
|
After installing 3.0, I can't send shows from my WiRNS RTV. It still grabs the inbound shows, and receives fine. (My two physical RTVs work fine, with good ISN checks. I sent, and received a show today sent to one of the physical units.)
I fail to get a good ISN check on Lunatic Haven. The IP and port numbers are good. No changes have been made to my Port Forwarding settings. I copied over the old ISN number from my Wirns 2.0 installation. The DNNA lookup IP and port info are correct.
I deleted and then added back in the Wirns RTV.
I rebooted the router, PC, Wirns numerous times.
Edit: I also disabled the Windows Firewall and Malwarebytes anti-malware program.
Could it be the unit serial number changed with the new installation? Or the ISN?
It's driving me nuts. I've been working on it for a couple of weeks now.
Please help!

Do you have "Update RDDNS with local ISN" check marked under Configuration->IVS? Do you have the "Secondary Web Port" configured with your IVS port number? Does the WiRNS RTV have an ISN and the same IVS port number?

No. I don't see that option. All I see is:
Enable IVSTracker:
IVSTracker Frequency (Seconds):
IVS Transfer Speed:
Always save recipient ISNs:
Auto-accept IVS sends:
Maximum Receive Count: 123456
IVS Category:
Expose HDTV Flag (if enabled) to Poopli:
IVSMagic (IP:Port):
Show sharing vacation message:

No. It's set to the default, zero. I'll change it to the port number of my WiRNS PC. Is that what you mean by "IVS port number"?

I gave the WiRNS RTV the same ISN and port number it had under WiRNS 2.
Thanks a lot for your help, Henry.

Under Configuration/Replays, I show the following for the WiRNS RTV:
Name Type IP Port ISN Poopli JIT Polled IVS Int Photos Action
BILL_T40 WiRNS 192.168.1.102 29003 00004-27018-36547
There are no colored dots at all. I seem to recall previously having a couple of dots under IVS Int and Poopli, but I'm not sure. |

Success!!
The only change was adding in the Secondary port number.
Going like gangbusters now.
Thanks a lot, Henry! |
