I haven't visited here in ages and had no idea that folks were still using reVue. My brother in-law mentioned it and I just signed in to see some recent activity.
I will be doing an update of reVue soon to fix a few things that drive me nuts. Don't expect anything until late January, but something is coming.

Ken, you might want to check it's use of rtvtools. For some reason, since the updates to media player, rtvtools don't work consistently on 4K or 5K files. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
Revue does what it is supposed to but rtvtools has problems. You can find other threads both here and on avsforum that describe the issues. Sync, garbling, etc. |

| Sadly, I can't do anything about the rtvtools. I didn't write them and source code for them was never released. |

I know, I think unless someone out there is running a version of xp or 98 with the old old old media player, I don't think much can be done. Maybe someone on the avs forum will have a help.
Revue does work on some 5K streams like I said, but it is very inconsistent with synch, etc. For high quality, I haven't been able to get it to work at all.
But REvue is awesome. If maybe somehow we can find the source for rtvtools or something similar that would be cool! |

| YMMV, but I've had my best luck with reVue/rtvtools editing by making sure I'm using the Elecard MPEG2 decoder. |
