|If when you start WiRNS you see messages like:
Socket error: 10049
Socket Error: AddressNotAvailable
It means that WiRNS' configured IP address does not match any of the Windows configured IP addresses. WiRNS requires a static IP address so that it does not change. Also, WiRNS requires to be able to start several servers on its configured IP address. Normally Windows can simply be configured with a static IP address and made sure that it isn't running any servers that conflict with WiRNS, in which case WiRNS can be configure with the same static IP address as Windows.
If there is a conflict with using WiRNS and Windows servers or other applications, then you can simply configure Windows with a separate IP address for WiRNS to use and then configure WiRNS to use that IP address.
Normally even if WiRNS cannot load properly you can still use the "Configure WiRNS" shortcut to change the WiRNS IP and other configuration settings. However, if that is not possible, then use regedit to edit the WiRNS IP address in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WiRNS\configuration\wirnsip key.
Here's my Poop (I know that's the old Poopli, but I like it that way!)
