Try VideoRedo.

Do a "stream fix" and see if you can edit the fixed file.

Is this file still on the Replay? It sounds like it was corrupted in transfer. Is the Replay or PC on a wireless network segment?

If it is still on the Replay, I would transfer it again.

I'm guessing that if you recorded 13 hours and it uses 31 GB, then you recorded in high quality? It may take some conversion to convert from Replay's high quality to something that you can use for your purposes...

The problem with high recordings is that the bitrate can exceed the design specs for dvds. This sed to create problems in authoring or playback on older dvd players. Should not be a problem with editors.

If you open the file in Videoredo, does the entire file/timeline show?
Did you try running a GOP fix on a copy of the file?
Try editing out the first minute and saving.
