It was because I could reproduce it myself. I was testing for the other thread that said they were getting an exception downloading guide data, I wanted to make sure that something wasn't messed up there, so that worked fine for me, and I turned that test RTV off. But, when I saw your post, I turned that test RTV back on and actually looked at the Channel Guide data, and it was empty for most of the days! It took a little debugging, but I quickly narrowed it down to the Replay Zone data I had added, and looking at the database I could quickly see that each day that had shows with very long Replay Zone data were the ones that were blank. The very long Replay Zones were due to repeating the same Zone information for shows that aired multiple days, that each day got tacked with the same Zone information over and over again. It was a very quick fix to take care of that, so as soon as I understood what was going on, it only took me a minute to take care of it. But, that's why you have to update WiRNS' entire guide data to clear out those long Replay Zone shows, and since the RTV doesn't re-download guide for days that it already has (except for the ones that it always downloads), even though they have "bad" data in them, you have to clear the channel guide to get the "bad" shows cleared out of those days so that it re-downloads those days, or you can just wait until they clear out on their own...

Yes, all days are served and each contains about 10,000 shows for 181 channels. Also the log looks normal and the debug log is empty.

Do you see WiRNS log that it is serving all the days after clearing the channel guide? Does it show thousands of shows for each day?

I've got the same problem with one of eight replays. Several days of guide data is missing on the replay after a net connect even when I clear the channel guide twice with 243 zones.

WiRNS only serves what the RTV asks for. So, the RTV asks for those days and WiRNS simply logs what it is being asked for...

Guide data starts at midnight UTC, so 8PM is an offset of -4, which is Eastern Daylight Time, so I assume you are on the east coast...

I have something similar. Right now, I'm missing Monday 8/29 at 4 pm through Wednesday 8/31 at 4 pm and from Saturday 9/3 at 5 pm through Sunday 9/4 at 5 pm even after doing 1 manual net connect to fix it.

Edit: those are exclusions on the Replay's channel guide, not WiRns/SD.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or what I need to do? WiRNS is only serving five random(?) days of guide data and deleting all other days. And it only loads guide data starting at 8pm and then ends at 8pm the following day. And I never have guide data for the current day. Sorry if this is a simple fix and no one needs to see my log, I just figured I'd put it up just in case.

Each day it loads five days and deletes all the guide data for all other days.

I watch the log as it downloads all 14 days from SD. I switched it to only 7 days thinking maybe it was trying to load too much info - it loaded only the seven days. But when I run Net Connect again on .114 it still serves the same five dates even though it never dl's any dates past 9/2.

Thank you so much for any help you can give me. I'm off to watch the news on Irene. We're expected to get hit in a about five hours and keep getting tornado warnings.
